Day 6: Favorite Professor

Professor Severus Snape :)
Who wouldn't love Snape? He might be so mean, but I bet I'll learn loads from him. And jeez, Alan Rickman!! And of course, one of the most awesome Joes in the world below :)) <3

Day 5: Saddest Moment

So, I skip a day yesterday, just as I know I would but here it is:

The saddest moment in all the series is: Dobby's death.

And to even quote Luna: "Thank you so much Dobby for rescuing me from that cellar. It’s so unfair that you had to die when you were so good and brave. I’ll always remember what you did for us. I hope you’re happy now.”

Why? Because, for the first time in my life, Jo had made me cry. Reading Dumbledore's and Hedwig's death had been so quick that I didn't have to linger on that feeling of loss. But, jeez, Dobby's is just plain sad. :((

Another Message

Just around a couple of minutes ago, I access this app on Facebook again, the messages from God. I know, it isn't really what the name says it was but I was amazed by the message for me today:

What angers you in another person is an unhealed aspect of yourself. If you had already resolved that particular issue, you would not be irritated by its reflection back to you.
It's about me all along. :(

Day 4: Favorite Villain

Draco Malfoy. And Crabbe and Goyle?
Why?
-Because I hate Voldemort, and all of the other Death Eaters
-I definitely hate Umbridge. I probably hate her more than Voldemort.
-Because I admire Malfoy's sense of solidarity with those two, even though they're just a bunch of gits.
-Family is important to him.
-I totally laugh at his misfortunes.
-His evil acts are understandable.
-I love his remorse over Crabbe's death.
-(Totally unrelated reason) Tom Felton's hot and Lauren Lopez did a great job on her Malfoy part. ;)

Day 3: Favorite Character

Harry Potter. Hands down. :)
My answer seems so predictable but I really liked Harry because Jo really made him human. He has doubts, fears, and bad attitude yet he's just as true to these attributes as he was to their opposites. And I really liked that. :) Though, I really love other characters as well (who wouldn't), it's Harry Freakin' Potter for me y'all!

Day 2: Least Favorite Book

Amazingly, this one's easy. Since the die is cast for POA being my favorite book then, my least favorite are....Sorcerer's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows. :)) Yiee. You see, I'm so lazy to put up the pictures of these least favorite HP books of mine :)

Day 1: Favorite Book

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

I can't decide. But, hear this: I love every book in the series but I have to pick this one because this is the first one I've read and I really knew this book by heart. But honestly, every book is great. I'm actually torn between POA and DH. But Merlin's beard! HBP is so funny and OOTP so action-packed and the fact that PS started it all or because of COS' humor or because they're all grown up at GOF.... This is really a hard decision. But still, I really liked POA.

Funny Thing

So, a funny thing happened earlier today. But before that . . .

This is my 100th blog post!! Hahaha. Anyway. . .

I haven't shared on this blog yet my ultimate fandom over the Starkid, a theater production known for their parody of the renowned series by J.K. Rowling that they posted on Youtube and other noted plays that will make you roll on the floor laughing like Draco Malfoy. (Starkid thing).  So yeah, since the 4th of this month, when I first heard their song 'Going Back to Hogwarts' I was hooked. And then, I immediately infected my friends as well. (Chelsea, for instance, won't stop sing Harry Freaking Potter that one happy day.) They're really awesome and supermegafoxyawesomehot. (These Starkids).

But the funny thing that happened really was earlier this day when I was reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (I lost count for how many times already.) I was reading the part where Hermione and Harry were accompanying Umbridge to the Forbidden Forest to show her the 'weapon' that they readied for Dumbledore supposedly. Skipping to the part where Umbridge was already taken away by the centaurs and Grawp appeared out of nowhere looking for Hagger and is asking Hermy about his whereabouts, there was a part there when, I think, Hermione asked if Harry thinks Grawp would kill all those centaurs. And, I think, Harry's answer was like, he certainly hope he does.

Pondering on those words, a fleeting thought came into my mind. Somewhere, I remembered someone saying that the centaur are becoming extinct. And I thought, that if they all die, just as Harry hopes, then they'll surely be wiped out. (apart from Firenze). And then, I was thinking what was the reason they are becoming extinct. And then a really funny image was recalled from my mind. A scene from AVPS (A Very Potter Sequel - a Starkid production) that has this idea that the centaurs-are-gonna-be-extinct-because-no-lass-is-strong-enough-for-them-apart-from-Umbridge. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. I was so relieved when I discovered that the absurd idea was from Starkid and at the same time, I'm really elated simply because Starkid is becoming more and more a part of my life. :)) I love them so much. . .

Another funny thing is that when I'm already on the chapter reading the battle at the Ministry of Magic and the DA people are all like using so many spells and fighting the Death Eaters, a certain spell came onto my mind. The jelly-legs jinx. Haha. whose countercurse is Unjellify! Hahaha. So silly. :))

Yeah, this is indeed so funny for me. And a funny pic for you below. (from Tumblr) And that's all. :D

Strange

Weeks of freedom and blissful sleep,
Lots of time to do as I please,
Plans that I've promised to keep.
Strange how useless are these.
